One of my favourite ways to cook salmon fillets, or indeed salmon steaks is to simply pan-fry them with the appropriate seasoning.<br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Start by grinding some black pepper and salt over one side of the fillets, then sprinkle on some Rosemary and some Dill.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bartbusschots.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_0476.jpg\" alt=\"Season the Salmon\" style=\"border-width:0px;\" width=\"490\" height=\"361\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then just fry in half olive oil and half olive oil and vegetable oil.
